Both entrances are step-free and easily accessible. The reception and the common rooms are located on the 3rd floor and are easily accessible by lift. The Luxury Apartment Living has a spacious living area with access to the terrace and a beautiful garden with playground. There is a double bedroom with infrared cabin and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and in the second bathroom it is possible to access the toilet from the side. In both bathrooms, however, there are no grab rails at the toilet and no fixed shower seat. There is a utility room with washing facilities, where the collection of recyclables is also located.
