The natural snow cross-country track in Terenten is ideally located in the village center and offers perfect conditions for cross-country skiing enthusiasts! The trail includes two options: a 3 km intermediate route and a 2.5 km easy route. Both loops take you through beautiful winter landscapes, making them perfect for beginners and advanced skiers alike. The starting point is at the Terenten sports area.
If you don’t have your own equipment, you can easily rent cross-country skis at Skiverleih Engl in the village and head straight onto the trail.Please note that the loop layout may be adjusted depending on snow conditions and may not always match the GPX data exactly.

Get ready for an exciting descent on the Brimi Winter Run on Gitschberg! This approx. 4-kilometer long toboggan run starts at the Nesselhütte at the top station and winds down to the middle station. The route is varied and packed with fun curves – perfect for an exhilarating winter day in the snow.
If you don’t have your own toboggan, you can easily rent one near the parking area at the valley station.
In Vals, you can enjoy exciting winter fun on the toboggan! Take the Schilling cable car up to the namesake slope, next to which is a natural toboggan run. The track is about one kilometer long with an elevation drop of 152 meters– perfect for an exciting day in the snow.

The toboggan run at the Oberhauser Hut offers winter fun for both young and old. The start is located near the new water reservoir above the hut, and the finish line is directly at the Oberhauser Hut. With a length of approximately 370 metres and an easy to intermediate difficulty level, the run is ideal for families and anyone looking for a relaxed ride.
Use of the toboggan run is free of charge and, if groomed, it is always accessible. Toboggan rental at the Oberhauser Hut is available during the hut’s opening hours (26 December to 1 March, rest day on mondays)

Due to the mandatory helmet requirement, wearing a helmet is strongly recommended. After the descent, the Oberhauser Hut invites you to stop by and enjoy a cosy break.
