The Fane Alm, a large communal alpine pasture, is a small summer village at an altitude of 1,739 metres. Surrounded by green meadows, its mountain huts, hay barns, livestock stables, a small chapel and three alpine inns make it one of the most beautiful alpine pastures in South Tyrol.
The Fane Alm is also a worthwhile hiking destination in winter. The Zingerle Hut is open throughout the winter season.
